I'm not sure why this is happening. I've reinstalled woocommerce and deleted and reuploaded flashlight theme but the product section keeps showing up with everything shifted off center to the right side.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

Try updating your version of woo commerce to version 1.5.8 from here: http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.1.5.8.zip
Otherwise, you can try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
.template-shop-single .product {
overflow: visible;
