Product shows up in Search although visibility is set to hidden

Hi,

I have created a grouped product and set the visibility of the simple products to hidden (as documented on Woocommerce site). The problem is that now all the products show up on search. I only want the Grouped type of product to be displayed. Is there anything I can do to accomplish this?

P.S. I first thought this problem was related to Woocommerce, but when I changed the theme everything works as it's supposed to.

Hi mihaimarian,

As far as I know the theme doesn't alter the search results in any way. I'll tag the topic for Kriesi to take a look at as I'm really not sure of where this could be caused from within the theme.

True, the theme doesnt alter the search results. If this happens you might want to contact woocommerce support and fill in a bug report :)
