    Hi,

I have a product slider on my frontpage that shall show always the newest products from the shop. Now I added a new product and it appears on the right side of the other products which is the not visible area. So, what can I do to have the newest products always on the left side of the product slider on the frontpage?

    Regards

    Frank

Meanwhile I’m a bit farther. I found a little workaround by adding a new category called “new product”. Now I giv only the newest products those category. But again, what attribut is responsible for the order of the products from left to right. Initial letter, date or what else?

    Hi,

Are you using the “Product” element on the Template Builder with the “Shop Slider Row” ticked? There is a sorting option to “Sort by most recent” order.

    Hi Ismael,

yes, I use the element “Product” on the Template Builder with “Shop Slider Row” ticked. But there is none of the named option for sorting. All I can see is this: https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D0879465_60449408_450526 Have I overlook something?

    Hi!

Please update your theme to the latest version. Kriesi included this option in version 1.8; you’re using 1.7 at the moment.

    Best regards,

    Hi Peter,

is 1.8 compatible with bbPress 2.2.4 and WP 3.5.1?

    Regards,

    Hi Frank,

I don’t know about 2.2.4 but 1.8 was updated to work with 2.2.3 of bbPress. It should be fine with 3.5.1 of WordPress.

    Regards,

    Devin
