Propulsion - Boxed Layout

   When I select this instead of "Stretched Layout" the only change that happens is that the Title of the pages change color. There are not changes in the formatting to be a boxed layout. I also did not make any changes to the font colors.

   I checked your website: http://www.photosnstone.com/ and the boxed layout displays fine for me. Maybe try to clear the browser cache. At the moment your background is white - thus the boxed layout looks similiar to the streched layout. If you change the body bg color (to eg grey) you'll see the content box. I.e. add following code to css/custom.css to change the bg color:

   .boxed #wrap_all {
       background: #FFFFFF !important;
   }
   
   html, body{
       background: #333333 !important;
   }
