Propulsion CSS - Toggle Background Color for 'closed/collapsed state'

Hi there,

I'm having trouble knowing where to edit the CSS for the toggle background color when it is in its closed state. I can find the general area in Firebug but everytime I try to isolate the CSS/class/div I fail.

Try this:

    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #000000;
    color: #FFFFFF;
}
