You should check on themeforest.net if there is an update for Angular or Propulsion first and install it. Then backup the database and the site. And you can try installing it. If not happy with the results, make sure you have a way to revert back. A better option would be to use a subdomain such as dev.your-website.com where you run your development area so that you can test updates before installing anything on the live site.
