I re-downloaded the Propulsion theme from Themeforest and installed. The version number says 1.3.2. I looked at the downloaded style.css in propulsion.zip and it says 1.3.2. However, the listed latest version (http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/latest-theme-updates-please-check-if-yourre-using-an-outdated-theme-version) says the latest version should be 1.4. What am I missing?
