    HI,

    I have purchased the Enfold theme again for another site and when I enter the new purchase codes into the “enter your license key” box, I am told that it has been used before. This is not possible.

    Codes attached privately.

    Can you help please?

    Hey!

    From what i can tell #1 and #4 have been used to register the accounts:

    #1: rosiefuture
    #4: pelvic

    The other 2 have not been used. Should it be any different?

    HI,

    That’s is bizarre as there is no way I could have used No. 4 for pelvic. I literally purchased it, dowloaded it and then applied the payment code and it didn’t work. I realise that I have bought four versions, which I thought was the right thing to do, but how can this be rectified?

    I just tried payment no 3 purchase code – and was told that it had already been used too ( it hadn’t)

    Any ideas?

    Not sure whats going on here. #3 works fine for me as well.

    So waht exactly are you trying to do. Registering another account? If so I can do that for you if you tell me the desired username and email :)
