Hello, I'm using the plugin qtranslate and really works well on the template.
But in the titles and descriptions of the slideshows not working well:
The code "[:es]español [:en]english" not work for me.
Is there any solution to adapt the template to qtranslate?

to be honest I never worked with qtranslate or used it and I'm not sure if there's a way to adapt the template or if it's a plugin issue, etc.
Some users reported problems with qtranslate (eg breadcrumb translation) and eventually it turned out that it was a plugin issue which required a manually fix. Kriesi recommends to use WPML.
