   Hi there!!!,
   In order not to make your work more difficult by creating new threads, I would really appreciate if you tell me for how long should I wait for an answer before insisting. For example: my last post regarding my troubles with the blog pagination was posted two days ago, and I do not know if it is normal or not.
   Thanks for your help, and sorry for giving you so many questions.

   Hey,

   we try to answer support topics within 24 hours. If there's a special occasion, like holidays, it might take a little longer, though this doesn't occur much. The delay from last week's posts is due to forum modifications + the holidays.
