In order not to make your work more difficult by creating new threads, I would really appreciate if you tell me for how long should I wait for an answer before insisting. For example: my last post regarding my troubles with the blog pagination was posted two days ago, and I do not know if it is normal or not.

we try to answer support topics within 24 hours. If there’s a special occasion, like holidays, it might take a little longer, though this doesn’t occur much. The delay from last week’s posts is due to forum modifications + the holidays.
