i always try to be fair... you do have good stuff in your themes but the issues that arise are very difficult to address...

Not to worry. I will go to the page and give it 5 stars to get the average up. Great theme and good support generally although I have a pending question that has not been looked at for one week (not one reply since I posted).
Ismael does it work to go to unanswered questions (like my pending question for a week) and then just add some non-sense comment so it appears on the top of the page? I mean when you answer them do you do it by starting at the top of the page?
ALSO I had another couple of questions that were not answered. This forced me to dig deeper and find the solution myself. I thought this might have been a conscious decision on your part. I would stress I enjoyed and welcomed the learning experience.
