Hey guys, not sure if you can help.
LOVE your theme, but looking to build a real estate website for selling and renting high-end property.
It will need to feature a nice search tool like we see here: http://fineaustinhomes.com/

If your theme doesn’t have the capability, can you direct me to a trusted resource that does?
A reliable theme with a layout builder perhaps?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thank you,
    JS

You are not ever going to come even close to that with a theme
    Pay these fine folks

They are the ones that created what you linked

Thanks much Aribann. for the prompt resoinse and resources.
The site is actually NOT as robust as the example I sent. That example is a 6-fig site that my client doesn’t have a budget for :)
We will be using custom api’s and applications to pull properties from an MLS as well as from Escapia.
Key is just a flexible enough solution.

    Thank you for your input.
What is your experience hands-on with the above theme?

I had looked at that for a local guy that needed a site …and plugins too (that was best if I recall)
Noticed that some folks had it implemented okay
He ended up just using something from the Realtors Assoc
Look at the page source codes of the sites in use around your guy

    Hi,

Thanks for sharing your experience @aribann. I’m not sure if we can help you out much on this topic @justin.

    Best regards,

I mean really. All the properties are going to be hosted on another server by a 3rd party.
the only thing I will need is the MLS search for rentals and retail.
And to create an API and app to pull in the listings hosted by the 3rd party.

    Hi Justin,

No matter which theme you use, that search will have to be custom made, as well as the API, so it’s up to you, which theme are you most comfortable with.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria
