    Hi There –

Not a question this time but a tip I thought I would share. I had a need to redirect people to specific pages when they clicked the author names or the post categories. So for example, I write a blog http://www.theartofadvice.com with three categories: Communication, Leadership and Problem solving. I have sub pages built that display the posts from these sub-categories. I did not like the way the category pages were displaying so I used the following plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-301-redirects/) to redirect the link when people clicked the category in a post to redirect users to the appropriate sub page.

So, now instead of http://www.theartofadvice.com/category/problem-solving/ going to the category page for problem solving, it is redirected to http://www.theartofadvice.com/blog/problem-solving/ (the page I set up to display). Neat!

This solved a few major headaches with user experience so I thought I would share.

    Happy blogging!
