   Hi,
   In my news site I have large quotes from other sources. I don't like them to stand out much from the regular the text.
   Where can I find the css info that governs the blockquote format?

   in your shortcode.css you'll find
   blockquote {
   this is where all the blockquote styling is set.

   I tuned it, smaller font, no italics, just the big double quotes...
