I have a problem with the related post function and the featured image. Look at this part of my site ->

1) Related posts are with to big images.
2) The featured image isn't like in your demo. It folds out when you open the post. Can be some setting?

If wordpress doesn't resize any thumbnails the gd-image libary is not installed on your server (or your hoster deactivated or restricted the usage/access to this libary). Please ask your hoster to activate/install the gd image libary and afterwards regenerate the thumbnails with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ again.
