This is very odd. So, if I embed an image in a page or post and then click it’s info button and then, None. for the URL to recent it from lightboxing, it works.
However if I try to set the URL to None for image in the WP gallery, it doesn’t stick and always reverts to the image URL.
Is there a way to fix this?
Or a way to disable the light boxing all together?
This is the default wp behaviour and afaik you can’t change it without hacking the core files. However you should be able to remove the links from images with following code – add it to js/avia.js after the document.ready code line:
jQuery('.avia_embed_image a,.gallery a').find('img').unwrap();
I’ll give that a try. Are you saying it’s the default just for Gallery images? …because you can remove them for image placed in posts.
