    I have tried creating a template and also going to the actual blog page and setting it to fullwidth with no success. I removed everything from the sidebars for the blog and the default and now the pages menu appears even though it has been set to OFF in the template options. Please HELP!

    Hi Orangesda!

    You can hide the sidebar with css code – just insert it into the quick css field:

    .blog .template-blog .sidebar{ display: none !important; }
    .blog .template-blog .container .eight.units { width: 100%; }
    .blog .template-blog .container .seven.units { width: 95%; }

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Thank you so much! But the page is not reverting to fullwidth with the sidebar gone. I tried playing with the CSS but it’s ignoring any changes I make.

    Hi!

    Please try adding !important rule to last 2 code Peter posted as following

    .blog .template-blog .container .eight.units { width: 100% !important; }
    .blog .template-blog .container .seven.units { width: 95% !important; }

    Cheers!

    Hi, When I was playing around with the code I added !important and it still is not working. I added your code above and still the issue persists. Thanks.

    Hey!

    The code suggested above should work as expected. Where did you add the code? Please use this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .blog .container .eight.units {
    width: 100%;
    }

    .blog .container .seven.units {
    width: 90% !important;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hi,

    I added the code under “Quick CSS”. Not sure why it’s not working.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry but we don’t see the changes being added on the frontend. Please empty the cache for the Quick Cache plugin then check it again. Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. We would like to check it on our end.

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    I used this code:

    #top.blog .template-blog .sidebar{ display: none !important; }
    #top.blog .template-blog.container .eight.units{ width: 100% !important; }
    #top.blog .template-blog.container .seven.units{ width: 85% !important;  }

    and it works now :)

    Regards,
    Peter
