    I would like to move the border around the icon of the pencil when I choose Blog Grid for my posts.
    my site is on a Dev system on my desktop at this stage so have added a screen shot for you.
    you provided code to remove pencil Icon etc, but I would like CSS Code to remove the box border . Not just hide it.

    There is a ”Pencil” default icon which comes if you dont have a blog featured image assigned to a blog item. Is there a way to remove the whole box including the pencil. and 2. How do I remove the comments and Date (0 Comments/October 27, 2015 ) from under the heading. thanks

    Hi!
    1&2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .slide-meta { display: none !important; }
    .slide-entry .fallback-post-type-icon { display: none; }

    3- Please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

    add_filter(‘avf_postgrid_excerpt_length’,’avia_change_postgrid_excerpt_length’, 10, 1);
    function avia_change_postgrid_excerpt_length($length)
    {
    $length = 100;
    return $length;
    }

    and adjust “100” as needed

    Great. I love this theme. they all worked however I also wanted the Box (borders) that are around the pencil icon as well. thanks
