    I know there are many posts on this topic- mostly for removing specific image borders. I found the solution on changing the color of the border once you click on an image to zoom in and I got that to work, I also applied the code to the main style.css file to remove all image borders:

    _________________________

    a img, a:hover img{

    border: none !important;

    background: transparent !important

    }

    .entry img{

    border: none !important;

    background: transparent !important

    }

    This is probably hiding right in front of my face! But how do I remove all the borders from the images in all portfolios? Alternatively, how do I change the color to all portfolio images to something other than white? The above code worked to remove image borders everywhere but the portfolio pages, I still have about a 7 pixel wide white border around all those images. If you could give me the answer to do both I can decide which looks best here.

    Thank you for your help, I’ve been able to do SOooo much customization just from searching these forums. :)

    Can you post a link to your website – we can give you custom css code then.

    It is not finished yet- so hold off on judgement for now!

    Thank you so much for your quick response!

    Ok add following code to style3.css (at the very bottom):

    .framed span {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
    border: medium none;
    }

    .framed_one_fourth {
    background: none;
    }
