    Hi! Thanks for such a nice theme. I’m playing around with the portfolio section, and made changes to view the pictures one behind each other and not as a slideshow.

    The point is the first image loads later than the others because of the fade in effect… how can i totally remove or change duration of the fade in portfolio single entries?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi Martonita,

    Do you have the site live so I can see what changes you’ve already made?

    Regards,

    Devin

    Did you check my website? I’m on maintenance mode, waiting for your answer to hide the site again…

    Hi Martonita,

    Try adding this code in your Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .js_active #top .slideshow li:first-child {
    visibility: visible !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Hope this helps. :)

    Hi Ismael,

    thank you very much, your code solves the problem for portfolio single items but change also the appearance of the portfolio overview. Now in the homepage all the images appear in color at the same time and then turn to greyscale.

    Is there anyway to apply your code only for portfolio single items?

    Regards :)

    Marta

    Hello,

    Replace the first code with this.

    .eight.units .js_active #top .slideshow li:first-child {
    visibility: visible !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }

    Thank you very much Ismael!! Your last code at first didn´t work. Just change the order and works perfect for me :)

    This was the right option:

    .js_active #top .eight.units .slideshow li:first-child {
    visibility: visible !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
    }
