Hello,

I am currently running Display 1.4 on WP3.

1. Can you tell me where to remove the 'search' feature in the footer.
2. Can you explain how to add custom social icons to the footer as well. I read a while back, Christian said "hardcode it into the footer.php" file, but I still don't understand how to do it. I also want them to display larger than the little squares.

Hey,

I don't have a copy of Display 1.4 so these instructions are based on 2.0 so there may be slight differences.

1.) Open up footer.php, find and remove this code:
```
<div id='sitesearch_footer'>
<h4>Search Site</h4>
<?php get_search_form(); ?>
</div>
```
2.) If you want to hardcode an image with a link, this code is a template. Replace text in CAPITALS with link / URL.

<li class='LINK-CLASS'><a class='ie6fix' href='LINK-URL'>TEXT-TO-DISPLAY</a></li>

To include an image as part of this link, use CSS similar to this:
```
.LINK-CLASS {
background: url(PATH/TO/IMAGE.JPG) no-repeat 0 0;
padding-left: 35px; /* if 32px image - adjust as needed */
}
```
