Remove slider and images completely

   Hello,

   I would like to remove the entire slider section completely from the blog. I would just like the blog to display the latest blogs and thats all. I also do not need the "bottom area" items.

   I have tried various things, but just cannot do it. Is there an easy way to do this?

   add following code to style.css (at the very bottom):
   

   #featured {
       display: none;
   }

   Hey,

   Thank you - that works now. I now just need the "bottom area" three items to be deleted and in its place just the blog posts - with the latest being first. See http://www.backupvault.co.uk/blog/ to see what I mean.

   I would like http://www.backupvault.co.uk/blog/ to go straight to the latest blogs - like http://www.backupvault.co.uk/blog/?cat=3 (but showing all categories and not just category 3).
