Remove the top menu when using a mobile or a webapp?

   Hi!!
   Is there anyway to remove the top menu (to the right, next to the logo) one when displayed on a mobile?
   I would like to link to the theme in my iPhone app. And in the app I don't need the top menu because when I use a tab bar there.
