    Hi

    If you look here http://www.softfocus.co.za/photography/zeikos-d800-battery-grip-review and here http://www.softfocus.co.za/photography/portfolio/product-photography-polo-shoes/, right at the bottom is the thumbnail image. I am using nextgen for my gallery so dont want that below the social buttons, what code do I need to put into the custom css to remove both of these

    many thanks

    Hi,

    On each page its different.

    On the first url you provided you would need this to remove it

    #top.single-post .slideshow_container.three_columns {
    display: none;
    }

    On the second page you would use this to remove it

    #top.single-portfolio .masonry-content-area {
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hi,

    My solution is guaranteed to fail if you do not include it in your /css/custom.css.

    As I don’t see my code in your custom.css I can only conclude that you are still experiencing the same problems.

    Please add both blocks.

    Thanks,

    Nick

    P.S. Wise man once said that developing with an enabled cache plugin can lead to problems like this.

    Nope I put it into the themes backend quick CSS, this should work the same as the custom should’t it? Either way it works with custom.css now

    Thanks

    And yes the wiseman is wise for a reason :)

    Hi,

    Quick CSS is executed before custom.css and sometimes css from certain plugins also gets in the way. Quick CSS is useful for developing but then its good to put in into custom.css and save on the extra database calls.

    Good luck!

    Thanks,

    Nick
