If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
my shop is finally live and I can not find the following things to adjust in the code:
I want to remove the h4 headers from the megamenu (column descriptions) and give them a span with a class instead. Where can I set this up?
I want to only have an H1 wrapping the logo on the front page. On all other pages it should have no Heading Tag. What do I have to change to get this result?
Open framework > php > class-megamenu.php and find this code
if($title != "-" && $title != '"-"') //fallback for people who copy the description o_O
$item_output .= "<h4>".$title."</h4>";
I changed it but it has no effect, also changing it to e.g. h2 does not change it in the output. is there any other place where this heading can be pulled from?
No other place that I know of no. I’ll tag another of the support crew on this as well just to be sure.
I just checked the code and there’s no other place where you can change the h4 code. However maybe you need to reconfigure the menu or clear some caches (browser cache, server cache, etc.). to see the new output.
