I know i can rename the main shop page title to whatever in woo commerce options, but what if i want it to not appear at all? And just have "Welcome to NoochiShop" be at the top?

Hey! Actually I am not quite sure what you want to accomplish :)
Could you link to the site you are talking about and describe it once again for dummies ;D
Removing the shop title alltogehter can be done via css. add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at propulsion->styling:
#top .shop_title_container h1{display:none;}At which "top" do you want to display "Welcome to NoochiShop?"
