Removing sidebar drop shadow

Hi there,

I have recently been trying to customize my sidebar and I'm having difficulty with it. I basically just want to remove the faint drop shadow box underneath the black sidebar.

My website is teewhyphotos.com

Could someone please run me through the steps of what I need to do as I'm really new to wordpress.

Hi,

Try adding this to either your custom.css (located in the /css/ folder) or Quick CSS located under Flashlight > Styling.
```
.sidebar {
    background: url("../images/skin-dark/bg-trans.png") repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
}
```

Thanks, that worked! Now I just want a code to remove the faint lines that are either side of the drop shadow.

Hi teewhyphotos,

Try to add this code:

.sidebar .border-transparent {
display: none;
}

.sidebar .border-transparent {
display: none !important;
}
