Removing the Features Column from the Footer section?

I can't seem to find where I can remove this column, or populate it with some content were I to use it.
I've clearly missed something somewhere...

Hey,
you can remove the dummy widgets by adding other widgets to the footer columns (Appearance > Widgets). If you'd like to display nothing in the column add an empty text widget to remove the "featured" text.
