How do I rename my links that look like this now:
http://mattluvsalice.com/?cat=10
To something like this:
http://mattluvsalice.com/messageboard
Where "messageboard" is the title of the page - can you do this as a batch change?

Update the permalink structure to change the URL format. You'll find this under WP Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks.
