I'd like to replace to built in front page slider, with another slider we have stated using.
The new slider is flexible and allows us to create a vertically smaller slider.
I know we can turn the Twicet slider off with:
#featured {
display: none;
}
Where would be the best place to call the new slider we intented to use on the Front page (it uses Short Codes for insertion in other pages on our website)

Hey cjayd34,
If the plugin can hook into a page with php, you could replace the slideshow in the themes home page file which is the index.php file. The code is commented on where the slider starts and it ends just above the start of the main boxes (also commented).
Otherwise, you could just create a new home page using a regular wordpress page and the plugin shortcode. Then go to Settings>Reading and set that page as the sites home page.
