Replacing of the logo.png via wp-admin panel

Hello!I

've upload the logo (270x80 pxs) as "logo.png" exactly with first learning video (after of the dummy data), but I don't see it instead of flishlight. The screen-shot is here: http://www.fotoetude.com/images_for_support/logo_uploading_form.jpg What I do badly?

Also I cannot find the flashlight folder in my site (via FTP). When I open the folder, there are only following themes: http://www.fotoetude.com/images_for_support/wordpress_themes.jpg . Where is the location of the flashlight theme?

Also now the wordpress 3.2.1 is available. How the flishlight theme will works with this version of WP?

Additional. There are two possibilities to install this theme to wp: "You can either choose to upload the theme to your server via ftp (only upload the unzipped folder „Flashlight“ into the folder wp-content/themes/ ) or via WordPress upload function. to use the upload function of the WordPress admin panel make sure to ONLY upload the “Flashlight” folder and not the whole archive file that you received by themeforest. "

I have chosen the second option, and I could not find the “Flashlight” folder inside of wp-content/themes/ (see the screen-shot above). But now I find it there! Some strange delay with it in server, more than 5 hours.

Okay, will try to replace the logo.png for both of the skin-dark and the skin-minimal by http://FTP..

Okay, now the logo"s image are in the theme. The question "Also now the wordpress 3.2.1 is available. How the flishlight theme will works with this version of WP?" is still actual for me. So what about of the update to 3.2.1, is it safe for flashlight theme?

It is my first meeting with Wordpress engine. Step by step, and everything must be ok, I hope too. The Flashlight theme is well for starting, thanks to author's team!
