    Hi,

    I have populated four footer columns with “Default WP TEXT Widget – for Arbitrary text or HTML”. I have also removed the email address info to make the big arrow pointing at the footer disappear…. All good so far, my problem is, Footer padding is now “huge” above and below the footer widget columns…

    Can you please tell me what, where and how to change this so that the footer is slim again?

    Thanks & Best Wishes

    Hi helifx,

    Can you post a link to your site? so we can check it further and give you a specific css snippet to remove the extra padding.

    Regards,

    Hi All,

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #footer .container {
    padding-top: 60px;
    padding-bottom: 30px;
    }

    Modify the padding as needed :)

    Regards,

    Devin

    perfect Devin- thank you, one more please, how do we increase the header padding bottom?

    #109658

    If you want more space below the logo:

    #logo_container {
    padding-bottom: 10px;
    }

    For the whole header and nav:

    #header {
    padding-bottom: 10px;
    }

    If its something else, can you point it out specifically with a screenshot or reference URL?

    Regards,

    Devin
