I just install & setup the Replete theme (www.wayplay.com) and I have the following problems/issues:
1. I add the WooCommerce Price Filter but it doesn’t show it on the sidebar
2. Some pages are not working (ex. Checkout, My account, Register, etc)
3. Please advise which plugin to use for newsletter.

For #1, make sure you’ve added the widget to the correct Shop sidebar. It will then show on the shop page alone.
For the pages, make sure that they are set to up with WooCommerce. Go to WooCommerce>Pages and you’ll see a list of all the pages that woo commerce would use and dropdowns where you can choose which pages (from the ones you have created) the various elements should populate.
I don’t know of any good newsletter plugins offhand but you can check the recommend plugin topic here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/useful-plugins

The theme is not using a newsletter plugin at all. The content is just there as a demo to help illustrate the layout.
If you can create a temporary admin account for me I’ll log in and take a look.
You can send the information to my email at DevinVinson (at) gmail.com. Make sure to include a link to this topic so that my spam filter doesn’t grab it :)

I’ve not received anything linked to this topic no. If I get an email without a link to a topic it goes to my spam folder however so if you did send me login info, you’ll need to resend it.
Just make sure to include a link to this topic in the body of the email so that I know what it is in reference to.January 16, 2013 at 11:43 am #102884January 16, 2013 at 4:42 pm #102885
If you send me any kind of email in regards to support it *must* include a link to the topic or else it automatically gets deleted by my mail client.
In regards to the overall issues, are you still having trouble with the main process of WooCommerce? If you have not already create a single product completely to test thigns out. Then add to the cart and go through checking out to make sure you have all the payment/shipping etc details done.
The woocommerce codex has some additional information on getting it set up here: http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/user-guide/getting-started/setting-up-woocommerce/

In your WooCommerce settings you had 2 things that needed to be changed:
1) In the main settings, the option to “Force secure checkout” was checked which means that when you would try and check out it would try to take the user to an https page which gets rejected by your server. You will need to set up an SSL certificate if you want to use secure checkout.
2) In the Settings>Pages there was no page defined as the base page of your shop. I’ve now changed that to “Shop AA”. You can change this to whatever you’d like but the plugin needs to have a base page to act as the overall shop parent.
That page is also the only spot where the price filter will work so it now shows up there properly.
