Hope I'm not repeating a question already answered.
How can I resize/modify the dimensions of the Content slider on Avisio? I'm referring to the slider within the post.

Hey,
in style.css search for:

#top .medium_sized_slider, #top .medium_sized_slider .featured{
width:576px;
height:260px;
position: relative;
overflow: hidden;
}

and adjust the width/height attribute.
