    Dear Kriesi,

    i have one page with section, also some color sections. In the last green section, an responsive error is there (see link, play with screensize). The last field switch not to a two row element, if the width is too low. Something must be wrong in the section above. If i move the color section above this field, all is ok. The error goes down until the footer. I have no idea, what is wrong. I have renew all sections with only text input without styles – no result. I have checked for unclosed tags inside the text fields – nothing. All Plugins are Off for test, newest WP and Enfold are used.

    Please check also the submenu in responsive modus. It’s the same error since the June 2016 and it was declared as error on your side. It seems, it was not taken into account see #654963, #694344 and here as “first aid wordaround” but not as solution for all of your customers. Also not for me with 10 of your Enfold themes for my clients. I have paid a big sum for your themes.

    Please check this.

    Hey A.,

    I’ve checked your footer on iPhone screen size and you can correct it using this code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    div .av_one_third {
    width: 100%;
    }}

    On iPad it seems fine to me. However, adjust media queries and width value as needed in my code.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Dear Andy,

    please read again:

    The footer is a result of a broken style for my understanding. The error must comes from main body above. In the body block, the last green field is a 1/2 split which should also be responsive like the another green color sections above in this page. Your code block helps only for the footer on this page. As i have mentioned: all other footers are ok on this whole website. But this is now the second time with broken style.

    I had the same problem here month ago on another page with Enfold:

    Please investigate again Andy.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    not sure what you mean. I checked your other pages on iPhone screen size and they seem to be totally fine to me.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hello,

    please take a look on the screenshot. Today, i haved created a color section on another clients page: Here the same result: The color section destroy something. I want to insert a new color section inside a Blog with sidebar. The content from sidebar was moved to the bottom of body content and all styles after the color sections was destroyed. Please check the coding of the color section. It’s something wrong.

    The green fields from the one page are included again in the screenshots.I have added also a screenshot from Apple Phone. The first section is responsive, the last section (1/2 split) is not resonsive).
    Thanks

    Hi,

    I see this when trying to open your screenshots: http://i.imgur.com/W2bunhz.png

    Hi guys,

    I guess I do have the same problem as seolotsen and understand what he/she means.

    It feel as if something is broken with the color-section and once you leave away the color-section

    the design on mobile device (phone) is fine again. Put in color-section again, it looks again broken on phone.

    I already opened a question to this yesterday but did not get any reply yet.

    Thats really severe, since you cannot put anchors for the menu with a working color-section.

    Thanks for support, help and other ideas. (german welcome)

    #731613

    Hi,

    remove the color section in question and update your page. Then rebuild it again. Keep all plugins deactivated while doing it.

    @seolotsen
    Send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    #731756

    Hello, can we change the moderator please.

    All links are mentioned also in the first post. And we have described this with words.

    remove the color section in question and update your page. Then rebuild it again.

    See post 1 from 21. Dec. I have renew all sections with only text input without styles – no result.

    Send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look.

    If two people with multiple accounts have the same problem: Is it not better, you inspect on your side, what is wrong?

    Please check this at your side, before i send credentials from clients.

    Thanks

    A.

    Any solution yet?

    Did not get a reply.

    Thanks

    #733461

    Hi,

    A few of the sections are outside the main or wrap_all container, thus breaks the responsive layout of the page. Please make sure that all elements or set of elements are inside their own color section. If you’re not sure what to do, please post the login details here so that we can edit the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael. What do you mean? Please take a look on the screenshot. It’s all ok?

    Thanks

    #742462

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    #742490

    Dear Support,

    as i said: This is not only on this installation, it’s on all installations. Please check for unclosed tags.

    With new version, #728339 is also not fixed. Not happy about that (since Oct 2016)

    You have not the right to modify something in wordpress-core or something else on my clients page. It’s only for check to clarify the problem.
    Please take a look for the reason not for a workaround.

    Thanks

    #743454

    Hi,

    please include a precise link instead of #728339, cause we have many posts with this number in our forum. We can’t check for any unclosed tags, as it would be very time consuming. It’s best if you deactivate all plugins to check which one is causing any issues.

    If that doesn’t change anything, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy

    #743459

    Dear Andy,

    standing beside to seolotsen, after I have tried everything you suggested incl. renew plugins, turning them off, delete and upload new enfold theme, I honestly have to agree: There might be corrupted files, BUT,
    since I have it and seolotsen has it and we have no relationship at all, the corruption might be on your end. Is that possible, too?

    Best,
    Marcus

    I WANT ANOTHER MODERATOR! ANDY DOESN’T HAVE THE TIME TO READ AND TO GIVE A SUPPORT FOR A TEN! TIME ENFOLD BUYER

    ANDY have this topic since December. Andy gives the same answers again and agian and i repeat again and again the same stuff.

    – PLUGINS ARE ALL ON AND OFF
    – ISSUE IS NOT ON ONE INSTALLATION, IT’S ON DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS
    – FRESH INSTALLATIONS SOLVE THIS PROBLEM NOT, ALSO NOT VIA FTP

    And i’m not sure, that all users make a responsive test!

    #743613

    Hi,

    sorry that you’re not satisfied. It’s difficult for us to understand the issue fully. We need to be able to reproduce it on our end, to make sure the fault is on the Enfold’s site. I checked the problem page you’ve provided, but can’t really see any issues there (see private content).

    However, for your green section use this code:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .avia_textblock ul {
    margin-left: -44px;
    }
    .flex_column.av_one_half.flex_column_div.av-zero-column-padding.avia-builder-el-32.el_after_av_one_half.avia-builder-el-last {
    left: 16px;
    }}

    and adjust as needed.

    On your screenshots from your first posts you are showing your footer, but now you’re talking about color section, so everything gets very confusing here. Maybe best to open a new ticket, where you explain and show everything clearly.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Again:

    See pictures below. Please compare both pages. Both comming from one page. Upper color section works finde, the another with the “!” is not responsive.

    Hi,

    auf welchem Gerät schaust du es dir an? Ich sehe das hier auf iPhone Screen size: http://i.imgur.com/V0ZBoGp.png

    Schau es dir ebenfalls auf einem anderen Gerät an.

    Hallo Andy, anbei meine Daten. Irgendwas stimmt mit dem Sub-Menü nicht (Das ist allgemein sehr buggy – nach wie vor – siehe auch hier: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/bug-report-fullwidth-sub-menu-on-cell-phone/). Auf dem Tablet überlappt es den Textbereich. Vielleicht liegt es auch an dem Sub-Menü, das der Color-Codeblock nicht funktioniert. Auf alle Fälle ist da irgendwo ein Bug oder ich habe etwas an den CSS-Einstellungen versaut. Alle Plugins sind 1x deaktiviert worden. Und der letzte Colorblock ist nicht responsive. Ich habe nur den oberen Color-Block nochmal kopiert und ans Ende gesetzt. Auch die Neuerstellung der Seite etc. hilft nicht. Ich bitte um dringende Bearbeitung der Themen. Wir können noch tausend Screenshots uns zusenden. Das ist aber der Lösung nicht nahe – seit nunmehr fast 3 Monaten.

    – IPAD Emulated

    Darf ich noch anmerken, dass die Bearbeitung dieser Sache zeitlich in keinem Verhältnis dazu steht,
    dass man für den Support eigentlich bezahlt hat !!!!
    Schlechte Unternehmen lassen sich für den ersten Kontakt bis zu 24h Zeit, lösen aber dann die Probleme innerhalb kurzer Abstände.
    Hier lese ich nur, dass der Support das Problem nicht nachvollziehen kann, sehe aber freihändig, dass das Problem gar nicht verstanden wurde.
    Können wir bitte zu einem akzeptablen Bearbeitungszeitfenster gelangen und die Sache endlich klären.

    Die Farb-Sektion hat hier einen Fehler bei der responsiven Ausgabe. Seolotsen hat nichts im CSS verbockt, denn ich habe den selben Fehler und gar nichts im CSS gemacht.
    Es gibt einen zweiten Thread in dem das selbe Problem, mit einem speziellen Code von Yigit gelöst werden sollte.
    Ebenfalls seit Jänner begonnen.
    Es funktioniert russisch, aber eine gesunde Lösung für alle User ist das keinesfalls!

    Und es hat auch noch niemand verstanden, dass die Schriftart und Farbe von Text unterschiedlich ist, jenachdem ob sie in einer Farbsektion ist oder nicht. Das sollte doch keinesfalls sein, wenn bei der Farb-Sektion noch keine Einstellungen getroffen wurden.

    Gibt es noch eine andere Form des Supports bei Euch, wo man wirklich innerhalb kurzer Zeit Hilfe und Unterstützung bekommt?

    Vielen Dank
    Marcus
    PS: Enfold neu laden hatte nichts gebracht…

    Hi,

    tut mir leid, wenn wir nicht mehr helfen können, aber wir sehen immer noch dieses Ergebnis: http://imgur.com/V0ZBoGp und müssen den Fehler bei uns sehen können, um helfen zu können. Es scheint jedoch alles zu funktionieren, auch wenn eure Screenshots etwas anderes zeigen. Wie können wir den Fehler bei uns reproduzieren?
    Für gewöhnlich hilft es den Browser Cache zu leeren.

    Bei weiteren Fragen/Problemen bitte immer ein neues Ticket hier im Forum eröffnen.

    Wenn du zeitlich in Bedrängnis bist, dann kannst du statt unserem Support einen Freelance Developer engagieren. Du findest einen zum Beispiel hier: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

    Gruß,
    Andy

    #758005

    Hallo Andy,

    ich kann Dir genau sagen, was der Fehler ist. Du benutzt die obere gürne Color-Section, die funktioniert. Du kommst eben nicht meiner Bitte nach, die untere Colorbox zu benutzen. Ob nun bewusst oder unbewusst, ob du keine Zeit hast, die Text zu lesen… ich weiß es nicht. Ich habe eurer Theme 11 mal vermittelt und wir haben einen Support-Vertrag. Und damit nun keine Differenzen auftreten, mache nun bitte einen Screenshot von dem grünen Bereich mit den Inhalten der grünen Box:

    Gründliche Besprechung
    Großer Fragebogen

    Ich habe nun auch einen Freelancer beauftragt, den Fehler zu finden. Wie wir die Kosten dann aufsplitten, ob eine Meldung an Envato geht oder wir das über unsere Rechtsvertretungen lösen, entscheidest Du nun ganz allein. Ich setze hiermit der Firma “Kriesi Media GmbH” eine Frist bis Freitag, den 10.3.2017 um 12 Uhr, sich dem Fehler und dessen Lösung anzunehmen. Selbst mein Entwickler, der die Seite noch nie in den Händen hatte, sieht es. Das mit dem Cache ist eure Lieblingsantwort. Durch das einsetzen einer CSS Rule kann das Problem umgangen werden. Aber das werde ich nicht akzeptieren und alle Color-Sections bei allen Kunden mit eigenen CSS Rules ausstatten und meine private Zeit investieren, um hier gegebenfalls einen Bug auszumerzen. Das kann echt nicht wahr sein.

    Sollte die Aufforderung zur Nachbesserung nicht umgesetzt werden, werde ich weitere Schritte einleiten. Ich fühle mich hier richtig verarscht von euch. Das nennt ihr premium support? Das ist verarsche. Nichts weiter.
