restaurant theme

Hello,

I’m very interested in your theme. Especially in the restaurant demo version. I have i little question about the reservation functionality. How does this work? When a customer fill outs the form will there just me a mail send to the restaurant owner or is there some function where he can see the reservations preset the accept en reject emails and than per reservation push on a button reject or accept? Or does he have to do this manually? Second question: Is is possible to disable times and days so that the customer cannot make a reservation on these times. Last question. Is this a standard functionality or plugin or integrated in the demo data?
