"Restricted area" with custom menu items

My client wants one of the menu buttons to be a "restricted area" button, so that his clients have privileged acess to content.
The thing is he wants that when someone presses that button, the other menu items also change for custom ones.
Is this at all possible?

Sorry this is not an easy modification. We don't have the time to help you with that. You would need to use javascript to dynamically change the button text and/or link targets or write a special php function.

Maybe you can find a solution which will satisfiy your client...
