    Just under the menu is a revolution slider with a video background. The video background plays fine on computer, but it does not show in iOS and Android. The layers in the slider show, but the video background does not. I have tried with both youtube video and self hosted video. Neither play on mobile. I have added the following to .htaccess, but it didn’t solve the problem:

    AddType video/ogg .ogv
    AddType video/mp4 .mp4
    AddType video/webm .webm

    How can I get the video background to play on revolution slider in this theme? I haven’t had this problem before.

    Hey robphat,

    Auto play is disabled on most devices by default so I think that is the reason. If you want to make sure that is the case with the Revolution Slider as well you would have to contact the plugin authors.
