Right Align Background Slider Non Cropped

Hi all,

I would like to right align all background galleries that use

images should be displayed without cropping option

I really like the theme but many of the menus or content areas get in the way on the product images.
I would almost suggest that it should be added as a third option to the
Background Gallery Image Cropping/resizing images options.

If you could help me out that would be great.

Hi triffid,

One thing to keep in mind with the big background images in Flashlight is that not everyone has the same size screen/resolution as you do. So what shows up perfect for you, may not for the next person.

As for the images alignment, they are already set to cut off the left side of the image (from the users perspective) and align right to the window so I'm not quite sure what you are asking for.

Re-sizing the window, the right hand part of the image is always seen while the left is hidden off screen.

Hi,

I think you miss understood, I don't want to right align the stretched full screen background slideshow but only the -
Non cropped version where the image is shrank to fit inside the window which is better for portrait shaped images.

The problem is portrait images are narrow and either the menu or a content area or blog get in the way- so if the background images were aligned to the right this would sort it out.

on another issue-
Ideally it would be a great option to assign each post or page backgrounds slider type (full screen, or non) when writing just like the layout options.

I tagged the post for Kriesis attention. This feature would require some slider code modifications and I leave this up to Kriesi. No other user requested this feature yet and I'm not sure if Kriesi will implement it.
