right side bar too big or left aligned to that it moves into footer area

hey, either the size of the portfolio/content page is too wide so that the right sidebar is not displayed at the right side.
or the sidebar is too wide or left aligned... however my problem is: the right sidebar is displayed in the footer!!!! and I can't fix it myself. what can I do?

in the content area of the page I have a portfolio (4 columns) and beneath that I hav 2 columns text (50/50). on the right side of the screen: the sidebar which is now displayed in the footer area....

Hey Nadinebrudeer,

Do you have a link to a live site I can take a look at? I just recreated the page layout you described and did not have the same issue.
