Hi, more often than not the template builder won't work and asks me to try again in a few seconds. Is this a common issue?

MemberHi, this is occurring constantly now and I can't update anything on my site - the message says 'saving didn't work, please try again in a few seconds' or 'couldn't add the element because the server didn't respond'
I can add/edit posts etc as normal but all my pages are designed using the template builder

Hey,
sounds like either a problem with your host or a failed installation. I suggest you download the latest version of the theme from Themeforest, install it and check if it works. If you still have the error I'd contact your host to check what the server timeout is.Posted 1 year ago #
