   I am wondering how to put a search box in the top right of the theme above the navigation. The logo on the left creates lots of space perfect for a prominent search function on the top left. I have no clue how to do this... any help? :) Thanks!

   FYI: I used the phone number post suggestion to get it here...

   The search shows up, but is not usable. Also, how do I get the search button to be to the right of the search text entry.
