   how to insert the search widget above the menu ? please !
   aligned with the bar of social networking ?

   You can try to load the searchform with following code:
   

   get_search_form();

   Eg add this line to header.php after following code:
   

   echo '	<li class="rss"><a href="'.avia_get_option('feedburner',get_bloginfo('rss2_url')).'">RSS</a></li>';
   								echo '</ul>';
