Second Request | Shoutbox Slider Thumbnails Not Working

Hi -
I just purchased the Shoutbox theme and got most of it up and running. However, on the thumbnails below the slider the picture isn't displaying for the videos I post. here's the site: http://www.dslrvideoandgear.com
Also, when I add a 'featured image' the size is way off and too large. What dimensions do I change in order for the picture to fit within the thumbnails below the slider? Please advise. Thanks - J

Hey JasonCLopez,

Make sure you set an image for the featured media to see the thumbnail below.

The thumbnails should automatically be resized if they are newly uploaded to wordpress.

Thanks Devin. I did upload a new pic and set it as a thumbnail / featured image and it seemed to work. Thanks again - J
