Using latest WPML and coherence. Main language works but the second language shows only blog as home (landing) page. It does not respond to changes in theme options/frontpage setting and changes in wp/ overall reading settings.

any idea?

Hi atst,

This is when you've switched to the theme options panel for the second language? I believe each language has its own set of options.

I know there are seperate option panel for every language. It just does not respond to any changes like it supposed to.

Hi,

You asked in the email a number of questions that I think would all be resolved after you begin using the free http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic/ Widget Logic plugin. You will be able to specify which widget to display based on wpml conditional logic so that a widget will display on a per/language basis, in addition to whatever other conditional logic http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags you use for each Widget.
