Hello Support Team,

First, here is my site in its current form: http://www.mikeskalandunas.com/

I have scoured the support forum for information about how to change parts of my site, and these are the questions I have left over from not finding anything or solutions not working for me.

I'll start from the top going down.

Social Media Icons

1. I replaced the dribble icon with soundcloud. As you can see the icon is there and it goes to soundcloud, but my problem is that it's black and when it shifts, a white version doesn't pop up. Do I need to change the color outside of wordpress and reupload? If not, what do I do?

2. I can't seem to get rid of the RSS button even after entering in the Quick CSS found here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-remove-rss-feed-icon-in-header

Portfolio Boxes

1. How do I change the font of the portfolio box titles? I'd like to change them to Quicksand.

2. Can I make the grey background box as an overlay over the thumbnail, and only as long as the title? For example, can I change the grey background so that It's only as long as Arakion, and the title/box is ontop of the image in the upper left corner like this site: http://sarwiya.com/work/

3. Also like http://sarwiya.com/work/, can I change the hover effect on the portfolio boxes to a darkening effect?

4. How can I make all of portfolio items thumbnail sizes the same? I changed the height/width in the functions.php, but I had to crop all of the images to that size to make it work. Arakion's image is messed up because I put in the full sized screenshot. I'd like all of the portfolio items to have full sized shots, but I really would like the look to be clean and uniform when viewing them from the home page.

Contact Page

1. How do I remove the grey line on the right side of the contact message? I think it was part of some wordpress object that I removed.

2. How do I remove the horizontal ruler above Contact?

I know they're a lot of questions, but I love this theme and really would like this site to be as I envisioned it. Thank you for your time and any help.

Hi Mike,

Lots of questions! I'll just go through each and answer as best I can.

1) The icon images are actually two icons next to each other. One is gray and the other white so that when you hover over the area, the css says "move the background image over" which makes it show the white on the color background. Try opening the dribble.png in a graphics editing program and then using it as a guide to create your new soundcloud image.

2) Just a simple spelling error, you have the word "display" without the "p". So change it to:
```

}
```
Portfolio Q's
1) It looks like they are set as such already.

2+3) That is a level of customization we aren't able to help with. I would suggest either emailing the site owner or inspecting the css to copy the styles over so that you can modify them and customize as needed.

4) After changing the size of the images in your functions.php, did you regenerate your thumbnails?

Contact Page:

1) There are two empty text widgets in the sidebar for the contact page. I suspect they are in the Displayed Everywhere sidebar in your Widgets manager.

2) Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
```
#top.page-id-86 #header .container {
    border: none;
}
#top.page-id-86 .primary-background.seperator-addon.seperator-bottom {
    display: none;
}
```
This will only apply the css to that specific page, so if you re-assign the contact page or delete it and re-make it the id number will need to be changed to match the new page.

Thank you so much for the response!

I did figure out a couple more things before you got back to me, but I have some follow-ups.

1. Contact Page - How do I keep the header under the logo and remove the one under contact? I ended up not liking the original request as much after seeing it, and I think it'd work better this way.

2. How do I regenerate thumbnails?

3. About the moving top icon, I have the following CSS added:

.social_bookmarks .dribbble{background: transparent url(../wp-content/uploads/2012/10/soundcloud_icon_grey.png) 0 center no-repeat;}
.social_bookmarks .dribbble:hover{background-position: -42px center; background-color:#e44885;}

and I don't see where to add the white image.

Hi,

1) I hope I understood your request. Please add this to Quick CSS, and you can tweek those two numbers to change the vertical and horizontal position to your liking.
```
.extralight-border.seperator-addon.seperator-bottom {
display: none;
}
.primary-background.seperator-addon.seperator-bottom {
display: none;
}
.no_padding_title.title_container.extralight-border {
padding-left: 25px;
margin-top: -61px;
}
```
Th code above is for both the separators, so you can try and see what you like best.

2) http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ <--- Regenerate Thumbs Plugin

3) Upload image to media center, then copy out the url and replace it.

Hey Nick,

Thanks. Are you saying that the hover over image for the social icon is 1 image with a grey component and white component?
