   Why the "Insert Shotcode" button does not exisit in 'html editor'?
   I propose to add this, it's should be very usefull for those (like me) that don't use the "VISUAL EDITOR".

   Hey,
   at the moment only the tinymce editor offers hooks and options to add additional control buttons. The tinymce editor is only available in the "visual" view that's why we can only include this button for the visual mode.
