I have added a shortcode to a plugin on one of my pages, but when I inspect the code, I am seeing a “p” tag that holds an empty “code” tag.

Is it possible to remove this? The margin set on the “p” tag is added unwanted space between my page’s elements.

    Thanks!

    Hi thinkdm2,

Can you provide a link to the site so we can inspect the code output?

    Regards,

    Devin

    Sure.

Here it is, as it sits on our testing server: http://thinkdm2.com/website-samples/websites/bivona_site/where-to-buy/

There is the empty ‘p’ tag with the empty ‘code’ tags in it above the plugin, and then an empty ‘p’ tag below it as well.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

There is only one <p> tag on that entire page

<p>Enter an address or zip code into the form field below and select a radius to search for our products at a dealer near you.</p>

I don’t see any code tags. Could you paste a screen grab or line number of what you referring to.

    Thanks,

    Nick
