   Hi! The greyscale effect seems to be broken in my theme as well as certain shortcodes like blockquotes. Can I direct message you my login so that you can take a look? Thank you!

   Hi wtflovelife,

   Try these steps:

   - Deactivate all plugins, retest to see if issues persist.
   - Reload all the theme files then retest.

   If neither of those work let us know.
